The Importance of Regular Exercise (COMPARING)

Swimming and jogging are both important to every person's health, but they differ in place, duration, and taking price. First, swimming takes place in of course a swimming poll. It can be in the outdoor or indoor pool. But, jogging always takes place in the outdoor, such as: in the park, garden, jogging track, and others that has good air. Second, swimming can take about two or more hours. It based on my own experiences. Because, if we get in the water longer than two hours, it will make us get cold. And it is also not good for our skin. As we know that, the water in the swimming pool added with chemicals substance. On the other hand, jogging only takes about an hour or faster. And also, there is no chemicals substance when we are in the park, garden, or jogging track. Because in those places that I have already talked above, they are free from the smoke from the vehicles, and there are a lot of trees there. Finally, we need to pay before we entere the swimming pool. The price is definitely depends on their own management. In contrast, we do not need to pay before when we want to go for jog in such places that I have already metioned. Since duration and price are the most important to me, I think I will choose jogging as my regular exercise.
